The collection is considered a gift that Kongo gives the quintessence of ancient Egyptian knowledge treasure. The collection was completed at Karl Lagerfeld's personal studio and was a direct inspiration for the Chanel Craftmanship 2018-2019 collection, performed at the Metropolitan Museum of Fine Arts in New York.
